Here at Softer Side of Me we take pride in giving top tier customer service and making sure satisfaction is always guaranteed. 
Regrettably, due to health and sanitation issues all items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:
If items in your order should arrive broken or damaged please email photos of your order to Ssofme@gmail.com. 
Items broken by the buyer are non-refundable and will not be replaced. 
If you've received the wrong items or are missing items in your order please contact us.
International Returns:
International sales are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Refunds:
All refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
